Create a new event

Define the event, create its tracks, and decide the checkpoints teams will use for updates. The admin dashboard and intake flow will automatically switch into that event context.

If no banner is uploaded, the admin dashboard will show a generic event hero.

Each event can define its own tracks and the checkpoints teams will report against.
